Last summer, I decided to not expose my self too much into photography this semester because: a) I have to concentrate on my studies primarily because of my Econometrics subject, b) photography has become a camera consumerism instead, and c) my camera is crazy so I decided to sell it. The only camera I’ll be using isthe one in my Sony Ericsson Cybershot K800i phone. One day, I decided to take pictures (using my phone) of some flowers in the campus because I was so bored waiting for a friend. I was shocked to see the quality of pictures my phone captures. I can even imagine Kang Ho Dong say “Unbelievable!” (He pronounces it as “UMBELIBABOL.”) It was only my camera phone, what if I used a point-and-shoot cam or a DSLR? It might be better, right? However, I believe that it’s not really the kind of camera you use, but your skill as a photography hobbyist that matters.
(Here are the pictures I took; I only used Photoshop to put the watermark and the borders.)
